"Pretty easy to use"
I found Pieces.com easy to use, I think. I was able to get around the site without much trouble and found what I needed fairly quickly. Nothing really confused me, and overall it worked fine for me.

"I like having control over my own data"
I actually appreciate that pieces.com makes it easy for me to see what data I’m sharing and manage it without wasting my time digging through settings. I’m picky about that stuff, and this feels safer than a lot of other sites I’ve used. I also haven’t gotten any weird spam since signing up, which is a big plus for me.

"Support was fine, but kind of slow"
I had to reach out to pieces.com support about an issue with my order, they were polite and did help in the end. But it took longer than I thought it should, and I had to explain the same thing more than once, which was a little frustrating. Maybe I’m being a bit impatient, but I feel like the process could’ve been smoother. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not as quick or easy as I was hoping.

"I’ve been using Pieces with VS Code..."
I’ve been using Pieces with VS Code for a few weeks now, and it fits into my workflow better than I expected. Being able to save snippets and pull up old bits of code without digging through random folders is literally such a nice time-saver.
It’s not perfect, sometimes it feels a little slow, and I still have to double-check the suggestions here and there. But for everyday coding, it’s been genuinely helpful and saves me some hassle. Solid 4 stars from me.

"Setup was more of a hassle than I expected"
I tried using Pieces and the onboarding felt kind of all over the place, there were too many steps before I could actually get into the app and some of the instructions just weren’t clear so I kept guessing what I was supposed to click next. It does seem like it could be useful once everything is set up, but the whole setup process made me lose interest quickly and maybe it gets better later, but my first impression wasn’t great...
"I use Pieces on my Windows..."
I use Pieces on my Windows laptop and also on my Mac at work, and it feels consistent between the two. Syncing my saved snippets and notes has been smooth for me, which is kinda the main thing I needed it for.
The only thing I’ve noticed is it can behave a little differently depending on the system, like small UI quirks here and there. Not a huge issue, just something you notice after using it a while. Still a solid 4 stars from me.

"So far, I’m happy with it"
Bottom line, it works well for me. I’ve been using it daily and haven’t had any real issues so far. It loads quickly, which I appreciate, and it’s been reliable enough that I don’t really have to think about it.

"Helpful AI, but I’m not totally sold yet"
I’ve been using pieces mostly for the AI help, and it’s been useful. It saves me time when I’m trying to find things or get quick explanations for bits of code. That said, it does miss the point sometimes, which can be frustrating when I’m in the middle of work. If that keeps happening too often, I could see myself looking for something else, but for now it’s still helping enough that I’m sticking with it. 4 stars
"Search works alright, but it misses stuff"
The search feature is okay overall and it does find some things, but it’s not always accurate. I’ve had a few times where I knew what I was looking for and it still didn’t show up. Anyway... it’s usable, just not as reliable as I’d like

"Finally keeping my code snippets in one place"
As someone who’s always bouncing between side projects and work stuff, I used to lose little code snippets in Slack threads, random text files, or wherever I happened to paste them. pieces has made that so much less messy. The search is genuinely useful, and it seems to hang onto the context better than my old notes app ever did. It took me a little while to get into the habit of using it, but now it’s part of my regular workflow most days. Solid tool overall.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found the site easy to get around, or at least I didn’t really run into anything confusing. The buttons were mostly where I expected them to be, pages loaded cleanly, and nothing felt cluttered. I guess I didn’t have to think too much while using it, which is probably the best sign.
